Job Description

As a Cloud Solution Architect you will work with customers, partners, NetApp account teams to enable NetApp Cloud solutions. The Architect will be a subject matter expert and will work to transfer knowledge (Internally and externally), architect integrated solutions and execute them to drive customer satisfaction. This includes running POCs and provide coverage for both pre and post-sales operations.

Essential Functions

• Become a subject matter expert in regards to NetApp’s Cloud products (Focusing on ONTAP Cloud, Cloud Manager and Cloud Sync)
• Drive enablement of NetApp’s ONTAP Cloud, Cloud Manager and Cloud sync.
• Develop technical collateral to highlight best practices, architectural design work, lab testing, and publishing documentation. 
• Identify gaps in product/process and work with the product teams to bridge them

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Problem solve difficult technical problems within the scope of the project, with technical or management aspects.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Self-starter, ability to work independently while being accountable
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong presentation skills.
• Meaningful Customer facing experience.
